The Founder is a dual Australian and New Zealand citizen and is committed to using the best Australian and New Zealand ingredients in The Weary ANZAC biscuit range.

 

 Our Oats are grown in Otago, NZ by 160-year-old Harraways & Sons
Our flour is from Ben Furney, a 3rd generation wheat growing family mill in Dubbo, Australia. 

 

The 9 ‘types’ of biscuits in range all share ‘The Original ANZAC’ biscuit as a foundation, with additional ingredients added to this core for variation.
